Hook blades are mostly used for cutting plastic straps , ropes and packing tape when opening packages and cartons. These blades are basically designed to be used in SL-1P and SL-3P, heavy-duty auto-retracting cutters, but also can be used in most of our regular heavy-duty cutters.
